• QUICKSHIP "QS" PREFIX: All Quickship orders must have a "QS" prefix to insure 7 business day shipment. Example: QS-HCS4-12-7-Z-1DP-1
• CLARIFICATIONS: Please specify total catalog number, as indicated in catalog matrix, to avoid order clarification delays.
• QUANTITY PARAMETERS: Quickship orders are limited to quantities of up to 20 sconce or flush mounted units, or 10 pendants. For larger quantities, consult your O.C.L. representative.
• MODIFICATIONS: To fulfill our 7 business day commitment, the Quickship Program is limited to fixtures and options (sizes, colors, etc) shown in this brochure. For lead times on modified fixtures, consult factory.
• SHIPMENTS: Unless otherwise marked, orders will ship according to standard freight terms. Next Day Air is available at an additional cost.
• CHANGES & CANCELATIONS: Due to the nature of the Quickship program, changes will require a fee and lead-time adjustment. Cancelations will be subject to a restocking charge.
• DELIVERY GUARANTEE: The Quickship program is dedicated to shipping fixtures contained in this brochure in seven days or less.
