Order and Registration Forms, and e-mail This Site uses forms to generate e-mails which are then used to submit order inquiries, submit registration information, and other business processes. OCL explicitly states that these forms do not constitute any agreement between OCL and the person submitting the form. Registering With Our Site
Agents of OCL requesting Rep login accounts are subject to verification and approval. At the time you register on OCL's web site, we request your name, company, address, city/state/zip code, e-mail, phone, and fax. This information is used to speed up the process of completing forms through our site by automatically filling out fields with your registration information. Additional information such as the job name and other project information may be required to perform tasks such as requesting a quote or generating a submittal. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with a third party until you request a quotation or additional product information.
OCL encourages the selection of a unique password (one not used for any other system) that does not contain any personally identifiable information such as a birthday or PIN number. We strongly advise each user of our system to register individually and not share their password to further safeguard your information.
OCL adheres to an "opt-in" policy that allows you to sign up for e-mail services you want. You may change your service preferences or cancel at any time using the "Edit Account" feature after registering. Information Collected
OCL collects non-personal information including the web browser, type of operating system, and IP address used to access our site. Summary statistics including the amount of time spent on our site, pages visited most often, and products viewed allow us to determine what content to offer and help us to refine the design of our web site. Product specification reports are generated periodically to review the proper operation of our on-line product configurator.
